Heating, hot water and plumbing emergencies are covered 24 hours a day across London. Gas work, electrical work and everything else is booked in as an appointment, usually same or next day.
What to expect
Emergency call-outs
Our 24-hour emergency service covers heating, hot water and plumbing. Call 020 3051 3350 at any hour and we will get someone to you as soon as possible, aiming to be there within the hour.
Survey appointments
Surveys are booked in a one-hour slot. In that hour our team fixes as much as possible and assesses any further work needed. If additional parts are required we write up a full list and give you a detailed quote for anything that runs beyond the hour.
Gas and electrical work
Gas work for commercial and domestic properties, and electrical work, are arranged as appointments rather than emergency call-outs, usually same or next day. If you can smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first.
Paying in instalments
After an install or follow-up works, we send a personalised payment link. Choose Klarna at the checkout to spread the cost over time. Available on all services except surveys.
