Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing about your visit is recorded by us beyond the standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which typically include IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Web fonts
Page headings and body text use fonts served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser requests files from Google, which can see your IP address. If you would rather avoid that, the fonts can be hosted on our own server instead.
Information you send us
When you use the quote form, or email, call or message us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, property address and a description of the work. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, carry out the work and keep the records we are required to keep.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is necessary to do the job (for example a specialist subcontractor) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted. Records relating to work carried out, including invoices and certificates, are kept for as long as tax, insurance and safety rules require.
Your rights
