Emergency heating engineers

24 hours a day, 365 days a year, across London. Our Gas Safe registered engineers deal with no heating at all, boiler lockouts and leaks, low pressure, failed thermostats and system blockages, with low call-out charges and a focus on getting the heat back on fast.

Boiler servicing and installation

Annual servicing that keeps the manufacturer's warranty intact, and full boiler installations sized properly for the property. Power flushes to clear the sludge that makes radiators cold at the bottom, and complete system inspections when the symptoms do not add up.

Central heating repairs

Boiler faults, radiator leaks, pressure problems, broken thermostats, burst pipes, faulty pumps and complete system failures. Affordable call-out rates and, wherever the parts allow, a repair finished on the first visit.

No hot water

A cold shower on a work morning counts as an emergency in our book, so hot water failures are covered by the same 24-hour service as heating and plumbing. We work out whether the fault sits with the boiler, the cylinder, the controls or the supply, and fix what is actually broken.

Cylinders and immersion heaters

Hot water cylinders diagnosed, repaired and replaced, including failed immersion heaters, faulty thermostats and cylinders that have started rumbling or leaking. We will tell you honestly when a cylinder is worth repairing and when it is not.

Temperature and pressure problems

Water that runs lukewarm, water that scalds, hot that takes an age to arrive, or pressure that drops the moment a second tap opens. These are usually a controls, valve or balancing problem rather than a reason to replace the system.

Upgrades and replacements

Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, aiming to be with you within the hour to stop costly damage. Burst pipes, leaks, blocked drains and overflowing toilets, with no call-out charges even at weekends and on holidays. Engineers are stationed right across London.

Plumbing repairs

Leaking pipes, faulty showers, toilet repairs and blocked drains, fixed before they get worse. Upfront pricing, no call-out charge, and someone available whatever the hour.

Plumbing installation

Dishwashers, washing machines and water softeners plumbed in; toilets, sinks, bathtubs and kitchen taps fitted. Every installation carries a 12-month guarantee and complies with the appliance manufacturer's warranty terms.

Drain blockages

Stubborn blockages cleared in toilets, sinks, showers and external drains, with the cause identified so it does not come straight back.

Finding it without wrecking the place

We locate hidden leaks using thermal imaging, inspection cameras and trace dye testing, so the damage stays limited to the leak rather than the search for it. Most jobs are traced with nothing opened up at all.

Ceiling, bathroom and pipework leaks

Water travels along joists and behind plaster before it appears, which is why the stain is rarely above the fault. We follow it back to the source, in homes and commercial premises alike, then repair it.

Damp investigation and protection

Not every damp patch is a leak. We establish whether you are dealing with a plumbing fault, condensation or something coming in from outside, and tell you which trade you actually need.

Reports you can hand over

Findings written up for insurers, landlords and managing agents, with photographs and a clear account of the cause and the repair.

Domestic gas

Cookers, hobs, fires and boilers installed, serviced and repaired in houses and flats, along with gas safety checks and certificates for homeowners and landlords. All work carried out by certified engineers and properly signed off.

Commercial gas

Shops, offices, restaurants and commercial kitchens, covering installation, servicing, repair and the compliance paperwork that goes with them. We work around trading hours wherever we can so the site keeps running.

Installations and pipework

New gas installations managed from first consultation and design through to installation and final testing, to current safety standards and with minimal disruption to the property.

Maintenance and repairs

Regular inspections, servicing and adjustment to stop unexpected breakdowns and keep equipment efficient and compliant. Faults resolved with transparent pricing and guaranteed workmanship.

Smell gas?

Do not call us first. Leave the gas on the appliance turned off, open the windows, avoid switches and naked flames, and ring the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. It is free and staffed 24 hours. Call us afterwards to put the fault right.

Installations

Circuit breakers, fuse boards, earthing points, fire alarms, structured cabling and transformers, plus lighting, switches, sockets, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and extractor fans, in domestic and commercial property. All work to British Standard BS 7671.

EICR condition reports

Landlords must renew an EICR every five years or at a change of tenancy, with fines of up to £30,000 for non-compliance; homeowners are advised to check every ten years. We assess fuse boards, earthing, bonding and fittings, classify hazards C1, C2 or C3, and provide a seven-page report with a quote for any remedial work. Mandatory remedial work must be completed within 28 days.

Fault finding and repairs

Tripping circuits, dead sockets, faulty wiring and appliance connection work, diagnosed and put right by NICEIC-registered electricians.

Electrical work is appointment-based

Our 24-hour emergency cover applies to heating, hot water and plumbing. Electrical jobs are booked in, usually same or next day. If you have no power at all, check with your supplier first in case it is a wider outage.
